Enphase is microinverter fitted behind each panel individually, in most of the solar systems the power from the panel comes to an inverter installed separately, this inverter converts power from the panels to the AC power which can be utilised, the disadvantage of this system is that if one panel is in shade or not performing well it affects the output of the whole system.
